What’s your favorite Sriracha hot sauce?
Mine used to be Huy Fong; the one with the picture of a rooster on the bottle.
I used that for almost EVERYTHING! 😍
However, about 3-4 years ago? The price doubled/tripled suddenly! It used to be about US$3 for a big bottle. The highest price I saw was about US$12/bottle.
Later on, for awhile, I couldn’t find it anywhere…
I wasn’t sure what was going on. I started seeing other brands of sriracha and none of them tasted as good…
Until a year ago? I started seeing Huy Fong again!! I was very excited!!
But! The taste was a little off…😢. It wasn’t the same anymore… but better than the other brands so I still bought it. 🙂
Recently, our friend told us about this brand called Sriracha Premium Chili Hot Sauce! He said some Costco stores sell it and it tastes almost like the original Huy Fong version!
Our Costco doesn’t carry it right now. We bought one from Amazon to try! It was about US$16 for one bottle and cheaper if you buy two bottles. We only bought one to try because it’s expensive! 😂
I tried it as soon as it arrived! The flavor was good. Spicier than Huy Fong but it was runny? 😥
I was kind of disappointed at first… but after I put it in the fridge after opening it, the texture became thicker and so far, the taste is better than all of the Srirachas I’ve tried out there! 😋

I don’t use it as much as I used to because it’s so expensive 😂 but I’m so happy that I found my new favorite sriracha! Yay!!! 💃🏻
